Edwards Home for Loving Care is very appropriately named. Laura and the care- givers are attuned to each person living in this immaculately clean, warm and friendly supportive home. My brother has lived here for several years. He has not been easy to care for – yet, each of the caregivers interact with him in a tender, loving way, not as a patient, but as a loving member of the family. The regular celebrations and daily activities keep the six people involved and entertained in a way that gives them optimal motivation for living.
Laura, a licensed registered nurse, is so attuned to diet, nutritional food, medications, and exercise. My brother actually became much healthier within a few months of living here because he was in need of this dedicated care.

For our family, it has been an added blessing that Laura is a Christian who offers prayer and/ or Bible Study to those who wish to attend. Puzzles, games and music are regular events in this home.

Laura provides for medical, dental appointments, as well as barbers, and hair stylists. She and her staff have been an absolute gift to our family and our brother, especially during co-vid, for many years before, and I am sure, many years to come. If you want your family member in a clean, safe, healthy, knowledgeable, and dedicated home, that is located in a beautiful newer neighborhood, bring them to Edwards Loving Care.

Seeing your love ones getting older and needing extra care is an emotional experience to a family. My mom was very active and independent until she reached the age of 93 when her way of life changed. We wanted to make sure she was taken care of by a place that was more like a home than a medical facility. We found Edwards Tender Loving Care ran by a marvelous and caring person who loves taking care of older adults. Laura Edwards is remarkable and makes sure her staff is trained by her and meet the needs of the patients with kindness and love. I visited my mom often and made friends with the care takers and knew they loved her and was patient with her since she had a difficult time with change, with a shower, and all the rules needed to be safe. Tender Loving Care ensures the change of life for elders to be remarkable experience and helps to remove the anxiety we have concerning our love ones.

Edwards TLC is an awesome place for Senior Care. The staff is very personable with the the residents. The Residential facility is very clean (no odor). My biggest rave about the facility is that the Owner Laura Edwards and Staff always treat the residents like family. I get a lot of joy knowing that my love one is in good hands.

My mom passed away on Sunday, August 23 at the age of 100 years. She had been a resident of an awesome assisted living home called TLC & M (Tender Loving Care and More). My mom had been a resident at this home for the past three and half years and I will attest she did receive tender loving care and more daily. I felt so fortunate to have found a home that provided such excellent care and LOVE. My mom was the oldest resident so she was called “gramma” when they spoke to her and that made her feel special and it put a smile on her face. My mom was able to get around with a walker, work with wooden puzzles on the kitchen table, read her Bible, watch TV and converse with others one on one. Most important to me was that she always expressed her happiness to me with each of my visits and that assured me that she was in the right home. I knew she enjoyed her daily meals and her medication was properly disbursed, two more areas which were important to me. Peace of mind is important when you are looking for an assisted living home for your loved one and I found mine at Tender Loving Care and More.
